Anti-Spam Policy
Anti-Spam Policy
Last updated: April 24, 2026
ANT Digital SpA enforces a strict anti-spam policy across all email sent through our ANTMAiL platform and all services we provide to clients. We comply with the AWS Acceptable Use Policy, the Amazon SES Service Terms, the CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR, and Chilean Law 19.628.
1. Consent-Based Sending
We only send emails to recipients who have provided explicit, affirmative opt-in consent through one of our subscription forms or a documented business relationship. We maintain consent records including timestamp, source URL, and IP address for every subscriber.
2. What We Do NOT Do
- We do not purchase, rent, trade, scrape, or append mailing lists.
- We do not send unsolicited commercial email ("cold email") under any circumstance.
- We do not use deceptive subject lines, sender identities, or "From" addresses.
- We do not send to role accounts (admin@, info@, sales@) unless explicitly requested by the owner.
3. Double Opt-In
New subscribers receive a confirmation email requiring a click before they are added to any list. This protects recipients from forged sign-ups and ensures genuine consent.
4. Unsubscribe Mechanism
Every marketing or transactional email (other than strictly required account notifications such as password resets) contains:
- A visible one-click unsubscribe link in the footer.
- RFC 8058
List-UnsubscribeandList-Unsubscribe-Postheaders enabling one-click unsubscribe in Gmail, Yahoo, and other providers.
Unsubscribe requests are processed automatically and applied globally across all our sending, within seconds.
5. Bounce and Complaint Handling
We monitor bounces and complaints in real time via Amazon SNS notifications:
- Hard bounces → the address is immediately and permanently suppressed.
- Soft bounces → retried up to 3 times; after 3 consecutive soft bounces the address is suppressed.
- Complaints → the address is immediately, permanently suppressed across all clients and all lists.
We maintain CloudWatch alarms that notify our on-call team if bounce rates exceed 2% or complaint rates exceed 0.05%.
6. Email Authentication
Every sending domain we manage implements:
- SPF authorizing only approved senders.
- DKIM with 2048-bit RSA signing keys.
-
DMARC with at least
p=quarantineand aggregate reports monitored.
7. Content Standards
We do not send emails related to: adult content, illegal products or services, gambling, affiliate marketing schemes, cryptocurrency promotion, multi-level marketing, phishing, or malware.
8. Reporting Abuse
If you received an email from us that you believe violates this policy, please report it to abuse@antdigital.cl. We investigate every report within 24 hours and take corrective action, including permanent account termination when warranted.
